We then use your photograph and selections as the creative brief for your personalised artwork.
For the best starting point, upload the clearest and highest-quality photograph available.
Photographs with good lighting, visible faces or subjects and minimal blur generally provide more detail to work with.
Very blurred, pixelated, heavily cropped or poorly lit photographs may limit what can be achieved.
Yes. You can upload an older photograph provided you have the appropriate right or permission to use it.
If the photograph is faded, damaged or very low quality, the amount of detail available may affect the final artwork.
You can choose from:
- Oil Painting
- Water Colour
- Pop Art
- Charcoal Drawing
- Ink Painting
Each style creates a different visual character, so choose the one that best suits your photograph and personal taste.
No. The artwork samples shown on our website are style references, not exact previews of how your individual photograph will look.

We will consider your instructions as part of the creative brief, although not every requested change may be technically or artistically possible.

Artwork and Finished Product
No.
Samples demonstrate the creative direction and character of each art style. They are not exact templates.
Your artwork is created from your own photograph, so its colours, details, composition and overall appearance will naturally be different.
Digital screens can display colours differently depending on brightness, display settings and device calibration.
As a result, there may be slight differences between the artwork viewed on a screen and the appearance of the physical printed artwork.
Once your order is placed, your photograph, chosen art style, instructions, frame and size become the creative brief for your artwork.
Your order then moves through the necessary artwork creation, production, framing, packaging and delivery stages.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact our support team.
We may ask you to provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the received product
- Photographs of the packaging, where relevant
This helps us understand and assess the issue properly.

Where appropriate permission is required, we will seek it separately.
Photographs and artwork files are retained only as reasonably required for providing the service, supporting orders and meeting applicable operational or legal requirements.
