Delivery
We aim to deliver your artwork within 7 days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, location, public holidays, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. For an accepted pre-shipment cancellation, the amount paid will be issued as The Pixel Masala store credit, valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, refunds and store credits will not be accepted.
Shipping Damage
Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, opening of the package and the damaged artwork. Photographs of the packaging and damaged item should also be provided.
Replacement
Once the damage claim is verified, a replacement will be processed only after the damaged artwork has been received back by The Pixel Masala. The replacement will normally be for the same artwork, size, product type and frame option originally ordered.
Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery / Non-Availability
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges will be payable by the customer.

Each art is carefully shaped, refined and developed by The Pixel Masala to create a distinct visual language across our digital art collection. The result is original artwork with a recognisable creative identity, developed and curated by The Pixel Masala.
Print Quality. Made to Display: Your artwork is created to look just as special on your wall as it does on screen. We use carefully selected print materials and a quality-controlled printing process to bring out rich colours, fine details and balanced tones. Every artwork is checked before printing to ensure the composition, sharpness and overall finish are suitable for display.
Colour Variation: Slight differences between colours displayed on phones, monitors or tablets and the final printed artwork may occur due to screen settings and display characteristics. Reasonable colour variation is not considered shipping damage.
